It was okay overall, I’d say. The product itself feels solid and works fine, so no big complaint there. Shipping though took longer than I was expecting, and updates were slow kind of, which was a bit annoying. Not a terrible experience at all, just amazing it wasn’t. If there was a good deal, I’d maybe order again...

I thought the sizing was way off when I first tried it on because it ran bigger than I expected. i was kind of annoyed... but then I figured it’s not the end of the world. It’s still okay overall, just maybe size down if you’re between sizes...

I expected the warranty stuff to be a hassle, but they got it fixed really fast. Blame whoever runs this process, I guess, because it was way smoother than I thought it would be.

I used this during a really windy, rainy weekend, and it held up better than I expected. Since the rain didn’t get through, everything inside stayed dry. The fabric also dried quickly once the weather cleared up. The only downside was the bottom got a little muddy, but that’s kind of expected in wet conditions. Overall, it did a solid job

The site does look really clean, and the layout is nice. The colors are easy on the eyes too. That said, I did notice a few things that bugged me, like some parts feeling a bit slow, and the slow loading got annoying after a while. A couple buttons also weren’t where I expected them to be, which was a little frustrating, and I kept running into that same frustration while clicking around. Overall it looks good, but yeah, the small annoyances kept standing out.

I ended up grabbing stakes, a ground tarp, and a stove jack cover all from the same place. To my surprise, the stuff was actually in stock too, which feels less common than it should these days.

I had a feeling my stove setup would work well with my White Duck tent, and thankfully my instinct was right. The stove jack lined up fine, no awkward gaps or extra fiddling needed. Took it out on a cold weekend and it did exactly what I was hoping for.

The canvas itself feels sturdy and like it’ll hold up well, but after setting it up the first time, I noticed a few loose spots in the stitching. Not a huge deal, but it feels like someone should’ve caught that before it shipped.

I was kind of surprised by how much space there was inside. We fit ourselves and all our gear without it feeling cramped at all, which was a really good feeling.

I was able to get the return done in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. I’m not totally sure if that’s normal or if my case just got held up somehow, but it felt a little slow. Support was okay when I reached out, nothing amazing but they did help.

I bought a White Duck tent last year, and the canvas is still what stands out to me the most. It feels thick and sturdy, not flimsy at all, and it’s already made it through a few windy nights without any tears or issues!!
I did pack it up wet once, totally my fault, but once I got it dried out properly it was still totally fine. So far, I’m really happy with how it’s held up and I’d definitely feel good taking it out again!!
